Officer responded to AST DUI locate. Driver Jeffery A. HILAND, 19 of Fairbanks, arrested for Furnishing Alcohol to a Minor, Minor Operating after Consuming and Contributing to the Delinquency of a Minor. HILAND was transported to FCC and booked on all counts plus MCA. Two male passengers ran away from the scene. Two other juveniles in vehicle were charged with MCA and Tobacco Possession. FPD investigating possible sexual assault of one of the juveniles.

Traffic stop for moving violation Driver Allison R. GRAVES, 20 of Ester, was found to be driving with a suspended license. GRAVES issued a summons for DWLS and cited for studded tires. Proof of insurance was added to the charges and referred to DA’s.

Officer observed vehicle in area and made contact with occupants in early morning. Strong odor of marijuana coming from vehicle. Officer initiated consent search and found paraphernalia with residue. Paraphernalia confiscated. Driver and passenger instructed not to sleep in area.

Police responded to female down and hemorraghing in Chapman lot. UAFFD responded and transported victim to FMH. Officer trespassed others involved as marijuana was admitted to being used.
