Off duty CSO contacted officer after sighting trespassed individual on campus. Officer responded and arrested Charles D. BOTTLER Jr., 20 of Fairbanks, for Criminal Trespass. BOTTLER was transported to FCC and charged with Criminal Trespass 1.
