Traffic Stop for moving violation. Driver Douglas A. Walker, 24 of Fairbanks, provided false ID information to officer. Driver’s true identity determined. WALKER was arrested for Driving While License Revoked and Filing a False Report. Vehicle was impounded for further investigation. Further charges pending on passenger.
